I have the alma q-switched and the Hoya Revlite laser ,a.k.a. C9 for tattoos removal.
Revlite is fast, 10hz,double pulsed, can blast away any color pigments. I absolutely love my c9. Like any other laser, revlite and alma may not be good for red, blue, yellow colors.

I am using a fotona 1064 Q switched ND YAG + 532 KTP laser for tattoo removal. The 1064 works well for dark colors (green, black, blue) while the 532 works well for the red, orange color. I have no success with yellow ink tattoo. I may look into the Hoya Revlite in the future. Few practiioners have upgraded from C6 to C9 due to the cost issue.

I am looking to get a good laser for tattoo removal. It sounds like the medlite6 is the best. Does anyone have experience with the Palomar Q -Yag? Are the medlite earlier models as good as the c6?
