Hi Ryan. I had a friend who has been using and teaching lasers for 20 years and IPL for 30 years. He use Razorlase laser (Sincoheren) with 3 wavelengths-755nm,808 and 1064nm. it's effective and good quality.

I'm looking to add ablative resurfacing and IPL to my practice. Sciton offers HALO with BBL vs Candela's IPL (Nordlys) and their CO2 (CORE). I loved Sciton's BBL's interchangeable wavelength cards but the handpiece is clunky and not user friendly. The Nordlys' handpiece feels more comfortable, and I liked the fact that the handpiece has the button actually on it. I didn't like having to change the entire handpiece for the Nordlys when switching wavelengths.
Any recommendations on these competing technologies?
I'm a plastic surgeon in a fairly competitive market. Population 100k.
Thank you!
