Physician to Physician Discussions > Referral Rewards

Can we offer clients rewards for referrals in a doctor's office? Or there an ethical problem in the medical community with this? We want to show our appreciation to our clients who refer individuals to us....but what is allowable and what is not? We would like to offer them their next botox service for free...

As long as you're not paying other physicians for referrals to your medical spa or plastic surgery practice you should be alright. Referring patients as a medical provider is a big no-no but other types of businesses or individuals can be paid or offered services as marketing. You're perfectly able to provide free Botox or IPL treatments to your patients who are referring their friends.
