Depends on what all you want to do. Pelosi medical center offers training in a variety of cosmetic surgical procedures designed to fit well in an Ob/Gyn practice. They are in Bayonne NJ and are well respected as trainers. If you can take a year off from practice without pay, doing a cosmetic surgery fellowship would be very beneficial. American academy of antiaging and American academy of Aesthetic medicine both offer fellowship training by way of weekend courses and a board certification course. Pelosi Medical Center has training on office cosmeceuticals, botox, fillers, Laser therapy, mesotherapy and sclerotherapy in addition to the surgical procedures. Noninvasive body contouring fits well with ob/gyn as does weight loss and some body contouring although most of my colleagues who are ob/gyns get most of their procedures from direct marketing and not from within their existing practices.
