Thanks for starting this discussion.
I am interested in what providers are doing for dark circles under the eyes that is due to diffuse pigment in skin type 1-4.
Are you using IPL?
If it looks like pigment, might it really be diffuse vascular? Would you use IPL or Pulse Dye or KTP Laser if you thought it was vascular?

Personally, I usually try to bleach those with Triluma, Obagi, chemical peels, etc. I know that some people have reported success with IPL.
