Hi, all.

25yo male patient with some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) on his nose due to acne, as well as scarred/enlarged pores.

If main cosmetic concern is addressing the PIH, which energy and pulse width would you recommend? Is 6ms short enough or should I use 3ms?

Thank you.

VBeam in general is good for treating "vasular related" issues such as postop redness, inflammatory acne, port-wine-stain,hemangioma, telangectasia and postop scars. It is NOT used for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in general.
