I own a medical spa. Currently we have an endermologie unit with a good client base. I'm looking to buy a used LPG endermologie unit at a good price or another type of equipment for cellulite. Is any interested in selling?

I also own a medspa and we also offer body treatments using endermologie. We are looking to upgrade to a modality with which we would like to achieve visible results treating cellulite but within a shorter time frame; 4-6 treatments. We have evaluated all the established systems and also some of the more recent like smoothshapes. The decision is difficult. I would appreciate any tips from colleagues. I have looked at and researched a lot of different systems and technologies. Velashape lasts for about 3 months and needs multiple treatments for a modest result. Smoothshapes has not invoked much interest despite their claim of results lasting about 6 months; they seem to be not so effective as they claim. Forget about TriActive. It's junk. Lipomax is very labor intensive and probably not worth the investment. Your best bets are the good old mechanical mesotherapy injection...if you are good at it. The newest and most promising treatment in its infancy is Carboxy therapy. You may want to look into it. Good luck
