It's a 2007 model and currently working great and in new condition. It has all the attachments and parts. The reason why we're selling is because we need to scale back on our menu of service. Although it works better than our endermologie unit, our endermologie unit is paid off whereas Dermawave is not. The units are currently selling for $38,000. We are looking to sell for the remaining balance owed which is $25,000.

We are currently using the Syneron Velasmooth and is considering an upgrade to the Velashape. What do you think about the Dermawave. Is the Infrared Device superior to that of the FR+Infrared+Enermology device offered by Syneron?

the dermawave unit uses topical medications with ingredients used in lipodissolve. It's also known as no-needle mesotherapy. Results are impressive with the right candidates. I demo'd syneron's velashape one time. I imagine you can get similiar good results with either modality as long as the patient is committed and correctly chosen. Velashape is very expensive.

Dermawave is not an FDA approved device. They claim they are able to delivery topical formulations through the skin, but this is not true. If this is the case, why wouldn't they get FDA approval for what they claim to accomplish?. Dermawave states that they can deliver drugs through the skin, but they are not FDA approved to do so, this to me makes no sense. Why claim something that is not true?

I personally know several doctors that have bought this HUGE machine that does absolutley nothing. Dermawave claims to accomplish all these issues and not one of them is true.

what about the mesoderm device which is a FDA approved class III medical device. same as dermawave but fda approved? www.mesoderm.com Anybody using this device?

Dermawave is a crosslink between electric stimulation and ultrasound heating device. Approved for physical therapy only. Go figure.
Mesoderm allows for delivering any mesotherapy or any other drugs and approved as the needle repacement. Dermawave is under FDA investigation for false claims and misleading advertising.

I saw you at the show and all your distributors were very helpful. However, I felt like your people in Chicago had very little knowledge on business ethics. They were brass and not professional. I think if you were to get rid of them, the Mesoderm system would be represented well.

I forgot to mention to everyone that I would bet that "kk" comments is from those guys in Chicago. First, you need to check your spelling before you downgrade another company. Plus, what you have done by spectulating that Dermawave is under investigation by the FDA is against the law. So I will be forwarding this on to the proper authorities. See what I mean people about the Chicago business people. When I met him at the show he said his name was Kamil, and talked down to me. I have been a doctor for over 23 years and this kid looked like he just got out of college.
