I'm thinking of attending the 3 day course put on by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine- it is their level 1 board certification course. Does anyone have any comments about the course? I'd love to know if it is worthwhile. I'm thinking about adding aesthetics to my practice. Thanks.

Went to their site, could not find a link to any exam.

I don't think that there is an actual exam- it is a 3 day course with some hands-on workshops and at the end I think they give you a certificate for taking the course. Just wondering if anyone has attended the course in the past.

Attended before, not that helpful in my opinion

can you give more details? was it mostly a sales pitch for equipment? too basic? is it even a legit academy organization with any recognition?
