Anyone know of a laser service technician for the cynosure elite mpx in the Austin, Texas area? My laser Yag function is working fine but when switching to Alex, a pop up error states that "ALEX System Check Results. System Check failed. No resonator Port Energy Detereted" and "CalibrationRequired. ALEX FOM Decreased by more than 40%. Digital Potentiometer Fault".
