I'm looking around for brow lifting therapies like Ultherapy. Has anyone tried any of them? Do you recommend sticking to variations of treatments involving micro current?

I use Pevonia's Lumafirm Lift & Glow eye treatment in conjunction with the micro current. Beautiful results. Clients are extremely impressed.

We offer Thermage for this but I considering this is an area where there is quite a bit of muscle contraction and movement, Botox will always be the best method.

I agree. Botox works the best when not over treated.

Ulthera gives the best lift out of any other modality or injectable. I find that by treating both vertically across the brow, and then lifting the skin of the upper eyelid onto the brow bone and treating it horizontally, i am able to treat and see almost instant results in the lift of the eyes. I always stay on the orbital rim, but with enough skin tissue to ensure my energy is not hitting the bone. I get dramatic if not plastic surgery type lifts.

Thermage never gives me the consistency I want or my patients want. Ulthera is miraculous in how effective it is and consistent it is.

Botox will give a muscular lift, but over time, you are still losing your structural collagen in both the forehead skin and the upper eyelid, causing drooping and heavy lids. I use them both together synergistically. I can also treat uneven brows in this manner.

For the first time we can buy people time in having surgery or hopefully prevent them from ever needing it.

Personally, I love Botox. lifts the brows right up. I've been getting it since 2005... I don't think i'll shift to other treatments..

I do Ulthera at my medical spas and find it unmatched for results without surgery. I actually did my friend's right side and not the left side..Big difference, she was back for the left side in a couple of weeks!

We currently use Exilis and we are getting fantastic results!

Ultherapy really works, long term. Combined with Botox and its amazing. There are many clinical papers verifying the results, but the machine is over $100K and requires a physician oversight. For an esthetician only shop, I think microcurrent is the best option.

We have Microcurrent device, but honestly, I have never tried it on the brow area yet, we have only performed it on the jaw line. Will definitely try your suggestions, since these look promiing!
