I have performed innumerable blepharoplasties and some in keloid formers but have never encountered a case. Eyelid skin is very thin and not prone to keloid scar formation. However, if you extend the incision into the periocular region which consists of thick skin, you get a keloid scar. So make sure you stay in the eyelids.

I am a physician interested in learning how to perform blepharoplasty and would like to see if there's anyone out there who would teach me this. I would like to learn from someone who has experienced with Asian eyes. In addition, I heard that there is a "no scar" blepharoplasty technique out there?
Thanks much.
