Is it genuine botox from allergan...probably... is it the Botox cosmetic made for and distributed by Allergan for USA distribution no. If anyone had a problem or adverse effect and yes they do occur, rare but present and it was uncovered that the culprit was a medication imported from anither country not only would your malpractice carrier not cover you ( you can call them and see their policy for this but if you lpractice in a high risk area like NY most likely not) but it will get spread like wild fire Dr X found using dangerous non approved medications and believe me patients will think the worst and that everything was illegal
Its really best to simply pay more and buy from allergan, develop a good relationship with your rep and you will get rewarded with special offers while building credability through the allergan partner system.
