We do a lot of facial skin rejuvenation (e.g. VBeam, BBL, peels, micros) and injectables in our practice and have done so for over 20 years. Facial skin tightening would be a treatment that would nicely complement the treatments we provide. We've been evaluating, i.e. asking users, reading papers, reviewing websites, but have not bought any skin tightening devices since their inception (e.g. Titan, Thermage, Endymed, ELOS, Venus Freeze, Fractora, Ulthera, Pelleve). Skintyte came with the Sciton BBL/Er:YAG we bought. We tried it on quite a few patients but found that we weren't skilled enough at using it to get results either the patients or we could see in the mirror or before and after photos.

At this point of time we do not have confidence enough to purchase any machine to provide facial skin tightening treatments that we could say were reliable and predictable. Does anyone have experience of a non-invasive technology or machine that provides reliable and predictable skin tightening and which could be successfully offered to patients having skin rejuvenation and injectable treatments?
