I bought a used Smartlipo and didn't have any issues with buying fibers and accessories for it despite what the representive said. On the other hand I want to buy a Fraxel Repair but after i spoke to the company and they wanted $20K certification fees,I backed off and didn't buy Thermage as well.

Does anyone know how cynosure is when it comes to recertifying a unit that you buy used from a fellow MD?
I know conbio hits you for 20k so I wont buy anything from them.
Also parts, if I buy used does cynosure sell to outside repair techs?
Anyone with accurate info would be appreciated.
