Call the technical number at Palomar and they'll help you.
Never had a problem callibrating this handpiece. I have, however, had a problem with the 1064 callibration. But Palomar is very helpful and quick to respond. By the way, I love the results from the 1540. My patients are very happy and the treatments are very tolerable..
What settings do you use for the 1540 nm and how do you market it? Just for scars and striae or also for fine lines and wrinkles? I am on the fence about adding it to our platform. Thanks!
The reality is you market it for scars, striae, fine lines, wrinkles and melasma. This is a great addition to the Starlux platform, but you need to analyze how much it the hand piece costs and how many patients would be interested in the procedure.
