I am an NP in Colorado currently practicing in clinical and cosmetic dermatology. How do I go about researching Colorado law regarding sharing ownership in a medical day spa with the current medical director and owner?

Same as everywhere else. Contact the state regulatory board and talk to a lawyer. Jeff's written a fair amount about this on this site but you'll have to read between the lines just a little. I think Jeff doesn't want to be giving too much legal advice.
