We use ProSalon. It provides any report you can imagine plus scheduling of technicians and rooms. It has been very useful for tracking returns on our advertising dollars as well.

Vagaro pro is great for scheduling, accounting reports, email blasts, etc. It sends out appointment confirmations the day before automatically, which helps with no shows. It allows clients to book online as well. It's is very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We use Milano, the MedSpa version. We love it and find it can be quite customized.

We use AestheticsPro Online software, they have a great EMR and it's web-based. They specialize in med spas, tons of reports.

Has anyone heard of MD-Ware and CosmetiSuite? We looked into Orchid and Aesthetics Pro but were looking for something that would give us a paperless office and they don't, so know we're looking into the first two. Anyone work with them?

Highly recommend Symplast, built specifically for a plastic surgery practice but also a great fit for a med spa. Reasonably priced, a high level of support, cloud based, HIPAA compliant, a great EHR with video/pics, and patient portal app for pre and post education and secure messaging. We did a deep due diligence on them and they have assembled an impressive team and built a good piece of software.
