MEDICAL SPA MD FORUMS - MEMBER ONLY ACCESS FOR CLINICIANS IN NONSURGICAL COSMETIC MEDICINE - BECOME A MEMBER / IT'S FREE
Hello Michigan RN,
Here's the real question: How much will you personally be generating for the clinic that could not be generated by another RN? You should be getting 25% of that since any employee needs to generate 4x their cost to break even for the average business.

Dear Members,
I am a nurse (BA, BSN, RN) with 17 years of marketing, training, and sales experience. Recently, I completed a 3-month internship with a plastic surgeon, where I provided consultations on and demonstrated proficiency in non-surgical treatments (e.g., Botox, Radiesse, glycolic peels, dermaceuticals).
I have an interview with a dermatology practice next week. What do you think would be a fair wage for a part-time position?
I shall be grateful for your input.
