We have used Fotona Nd YAG and Er: YAG Lasers 10 years ago. I had many problems and did not get good back up from the distributor in my area nor fast response from the company. Make sure you have good service if you intend to buy one.

I have the same issue with my distributor. Fotona is a very good laser but my after sales service from the distributor is such a shame. Make sure you do cross reference check before you buy the fotona.
I will never buy fotona again unless fotona replaces my distributor. That is the reason why i dont buy the qx max.

I agree. I do not recommend Fotona because of the poor tech support. They are always available for sales but not much else.

I used a Fotona Nd YAG about 7 years ago and was not a fan of it! I also had problems with effectiveness and mechanical breakdowns.

Hair removal NDYAG lasers of Fotona in Turkey have some issues with fiberoptics. Some of my dermatologist friends reported their fiberoptics can easily break down. But I heard there were no problems with fraxional er-yag units.

What are your experiences with Fotona? Is it effective?
