BBL hands down

It depends on what you want to offer and what you think your potential income will be. It is sometimes hard to offer non insurance reimbursed services in a medical practice because patients expectations are a copay with coverage and believe it or not occasionally feel uncomfortable paying several hundred or thousand dollars for a laser service yet those same individuals think nothing of paying out of pocket at a "spa".

The excel V is good for pigments and smaller blood vessels, No hair, skin tightening, resurfacing etc. The cutera xeo may offer your practice a broader spectrum of services with the full yag( hair, skin tightening, small vessils) and lime light ( similar to BBL , less choices than the BBL which ha a lot of filters and the skin tight which I hear is excellent and genesis for rejuvenation. The xeo can also be added to.

THe siton is a Rolls Royce of lasers but costly to buy and you must look into the cost of maintenance. Sciton tends to have a majority of internal components that are gold plated makin outsourcing service nearly impossible. That said sciton is a fantastic system, very reliable and solid.

I suggest looking into every aspect between the two systems 3 if you look at the xeo and make a purchase based on what unit would give you the most bang for the buck and how many bucks you will have to shell out .

Forgot to discuss the BBL. The sciton BBL is probably the best light source of all the current Intense Pulse Light systems. It is not a laser but a producer of a broad spectrum of wavelengths that get reduced to a narrow wavelength using a series of filters. It will allow you to offer a lot of services, treatment of pigments, lentigines, acne, smll facial veins, photo facials, and probably hair removal but bbl isn't the best system for laser hair removal.
