Wondering in anyone has experience with both of these?

I used both but never owned either. The gmax as you know gives the best of both worlds with the alex and yag in one box so you can do all skin types plus other things like solar blemishes, telang,skin tightening. The sopt size at max is very good but I dont think its as big as the lightsheer duet. The regular lightsheer I believe had a fixed 9mm or 12mm squaire spot.
The lightsheer can also do all skin types , may be less painfull dosent require cryogen and may be faster in terms of laser hair removal.
Now I dont want to spread nasty rumors but I have met several people who had problems with the gent max it seems the gentlelase and the gentle yag are just fantastic but when put in the some box somehow lost something. The one i used was fine but I have heard about problems from several different physicians. I do know if you want one box I hear alot of good things about the elite.

gm, have you tried using your Candela Gentle Max to treat acne? so far, i'm not having problems with this machine (yet)--well, i really hope not!
