Hi Tom
Like you, we are long term q-switched laser users for tattoo removal (now Revlite) in Perth.
In recent weeks I have seen two patients with significant scarring from Tatt2Away treatments. One had many raised round hypertrophic scars on the whole arm 7 months post treatment, and the other a raised erythematous 15 x 8cm hypertrophic scar on the sacrum which looked like a branding.
Tatt2Away clearly has a narrow therapeutic window. I would be very cautious.
I am also looking at the Tatt2Away system vs laser systems
Does any one else have feedback regarding the tatt2away system?

I am a physician in Sydney Australia who has been using Q switched lasers for tattoo removal for about 15 years and recently heard about trans-epidermal pigment removal of tattoos using the Tatt2away method.
It was demonstrated in my clinic recently and I am reviewing my patient next week.
The difficulties with lasers are that certain colours especially green and blues have been very difficult to remove with the q switched Nd-Yag laser (Con Bio C6 laser is what I use) in particular.
I also have used a q switched ruby laser which is sometimes better with these colours but by no means perfect.
My question to the forum is - Can anyone tell me about their experience with the Tatt2away method?
