Cosmetic IPL Laser Reviews & Comparisons > Palomar 1064. Is it worth purchasing. What results have been recorded
Why don't you just do sclerotherapy?
Depending on your skin of course. I've had 3 done and will be purchasing 2 more. The first time I noticed immediate results, the second and third time, i didn't notice anything drastic. i came in for my large pores and just to tone my skin. my pores have shrunken a little bit and the overall tone is slightly better. They told me from the beginning taht i would need 5 visits, and that's why im purchasing 2 more. I'll update after my next two procedures.
BCM09,
I use the Cutera 1064 for veins and it works very well. Not sure about the Palomar 1064.
I do sclerotherapy and laser for veins. The combination works well.
Laser is good for the small veins that the sclero does not take care of.
Hope this helps.
Thanks JEE. I bit the bullet and purchased the hand piece today. Last week
I demoed the 1064 and was impressed by the results.
I'm a business of 1 in a plastic surgeons office. The doctor is my Medical Director and I own the equipment. I have the Q yag 5 for tattoo removal,Palomar Star Lux 300 with the handle to do hair, Photo facial and the 1540 for fractional. I'm not quite a year old but felt offering another service would increase my client base and attract a different option for those already coming.
Time will tell. BCM09
I am thinking of adding the 1064 to my Star Lux 300 for leg veins. I have had several calls for this procedure and before I make another investment I would like to hear pros and cons in doing so.
Do those of you using Palomar equipment stick to their Lux Lotion for conductivity?
I feel nickel and dimed to death. BCM09
