How soon after having Accent XL performed on the face should one wait to have the Pulsed Dye VBeam performed on the face to remove facial telangiectasia>?

I don't have direct experience with Accent XL. However, with experience in monopolar RF (Thermage), I can infer you are safe to get the VBeam Pulse Dye about 3 weeks later.
