We are looking to demo the Rhytec plasma laser, any thoughts?

Forgot to mention, we have the Cutera Xeo and are purchasing the Pearl The Rhytec appears to have similar properties of a CO2 but w/ less downtime and pain. Obviously we are looking to add more aggressive treatments in our plastics/reconstructive office.

I guess I am not sure as to why you would buy both the Pearl and the Rhytec. It seems to be a duplication of services. If you buy the Rhytec you do not need the Pearl.

Pearl is NOT an aggressive device. It is a MINIMAL and can only be MINIMAL ablative procedure. NO TIGHTENING , NO TIGHTENING, NO TIGHTENING....

Just like the Titan JOKE-- NO TIGHTENING:

Having seen most of skin resurfacing technologies initially with much promises (Plasma, Fractional) only to be bogged down by unexpected problems, I would strongly recommend to be very careful with this new Cutera Pearl. I have read their promo brochure which claims the Pearl being the NEXT COMING of skin resurfacing. My best advise to you is:
1)To know whatever THAT technology very well
2) See if it fits your clients' ethnic, demographic profile best
3) Know and have available treatments to deal with post treatment adverse reactions
4) Be realistic with expectations to your clients

Cutera's Pearl : why would you want to do MULTIPLE treatments and ablate skin???? A major breakthrough in aesthetic derm IS fractional resurfacing. (Please read converstations and controversies latest issue.) Safely deliver CO2 energy. The new frontier is fractional CO2.

PEARL another junk product from Cutera that will probably have in the next few months 20 more handpiece attachment upgrades including a PEARL XL.... give me a break... PEARL offers what an IPL can do that the 560nm and LIMELIGHT never could do properly.
PEARL --- NO TIGHTENING, minimal correction of fine lines and acne scarrs.

Cutera stock is at all time low. look it up....
PEARL STINKS !!!!! POOR SALES according to CEO Kevin Conners, who recently sold 60,000 of his own shares !!!
