MEDICAL SPA MD FORUMS - MEMBER ONLY ACCESS FOR CLINICIANS IN NONSURGICAL COSMETIC MEDICINE - BECOME A MEMBER / IT'S FREE
Dear AT: I think everyone currently offering aesthetics in their practice would agree that the minimal training provided by the device companies is not nearly enough. I suggest that you spend $1.00 and join the MAPA group (see section of thie blog all about MAPA) which will put you in touch with about 100 aesthetic practitioners who are sharing information on a daily basis. There is a great deal of information about starting an aesthetics practice stored in the archives of this blog.
You can also send me an e-mail if you would like to receive a collection of aestheric practice manuals that I have compiled over the past five years.

I am a GP who is intersted in integrating cosmetic laser into my busy practice, is the training provided by the company when you buy their machine enough or a more specialized medical training is essential? Are there any canadians mds who are training?
