I'm considering adding a factional skin resurfacing laser to my practice. It seems like CO2 still gives the best results and is a reliable machine. Any thoughts about the differences between the CO2ER by Syneron and the Smartskin or Smartxide technologies? Does anyone have experience with both of these and which one gives the best patient results? Should I be considering a different option altogether? I'm not that interested in Alma's Pixel. Any advice on finding a used machine? Any help is appreciated.
