What do you use to turn the corners of the lips up so the patient do not have such a severe frown appearance? Botox? Dermal Filler? and how is it injected?

What about giving the patient the Michelle Pfeiffer look where the outer third of each side of the lips has a uplift? A patient asked me about this.

Botox in DAO, and filler to lip, esp corner

Botox in DAO (about 5 u per) but also the platysmal bands (about 2 U per site) as some of the fibers terminate in the corner of the mouth
