Syneron: elos, eLight, eMax, & LipoLite > Syneron Aurora eLight
I used to start with elight, then I upgraded to emax laser. Elight is a very useful piece of machine. It is not laser. If you decide decide to go with elight, you can get it equipped with DS ( hair removal), SR, ST ( excellent ) and AC. These are the full heads you can get for the elight. Elight is a very solid piece to start with, but it will not be the last.
thank you for the information
i understand that it has 4 heads which i believe you mean by DS, SR, ST and AC.
how were patient's responces to each treatments? did you like the results? any comparison to Thermage?
thank you in advance.

I have had the Elos Aurora laser treatment last year. I had a few issues to deal with, such as Acne, Rosacia, Broken capps, dark spots. After 1 treatment I could see a difference and after 3 my skin looked great. I decided to have 1 more after that. This year, because of menopause, my skin is acting up again. i am going soon to start a series of laser treatments again. I have been dealing with acne since i was 16 and have had everything done over the years. I just wish this procedure wasnt so expensive. But, it works for alot of different issues, so I save and do it . If it can help any of your patients it would be a good investment.
I would like to know if anyone has experience with Syneron Aurora elight system?
I have been considering Thermage and/or Fraxel but have been advised to look at Aurora as alternative. I am planing to add a Laser Spa to my current medical practice, your advise will be appreciated. Thanks.
