Michael, Thermage doesn't really like it if you're using refurbished Thermage tips since that's what they're making their money on. However, if you search for used or refurbished Thermage tips using the search box on this site you'll find a number of posts, including some from a VP of Thermage that discusses it.

@Michael, I think that Solta has kind of taken the wind out of the reused Thermage tips on the gray market. I know that the reactivated Thermage tips had been available from both Japan and Brazil.
