For acne scars, should we do all five with deep energy (45 j or more) or should we do the fifth treatment with a superficial energy (10 j) to get better superificial coverage?
If they are both done with level 7 or 20%, wouldn't they be equal in terms of superficial coverage?
My clinical support is telling me that 10 j is better than 45 j for superficial even though both are level 7 (20%O.
Any opinions on this? Any clinical Experience?
