Fat atrophy on the face is associated with high pass, single energy protocols developed early on in Thermage's history. Current protocols calling for multiple passes and low energy do not have the same side effect profile, and there have not been any reported side effect within the last 6 months.
Thermage on the body is still fairly new. Keep in mind that these procedures are non-ablative, and the results are subtle. If you want to give your patients dramatic results you will need to recommend liposuction, exercise, and dieting.
I've been hearing a lot about new Thermage tips and treatments. I'm curious as above if those of us who are performing Thermage body treatments are seeing consistently good results?
Input on the new eye and hand tips would also be appreciated.
