Hi, my family and I are looking at moving to Australia, probably Queensland and I'm interested to find out what kind of pay I can expect. I've been an RN for 13 years, specialising in Botox, fillers as well as lasers for the last 7 years & have a pretty good sales record. Are there any Nurses on here that wouldn't mind sharing what their pay structure is? eg: hourly rate plus any commission, perks of the job such as free treatments etc? Alternatively, are there any Dr's. on here that would share what they pay their Nurses? Any info would be appreciated.

Also, what is the Dr's role and the Nurses role when it comes to injecting where a clinic has just their Nurses injecting? What rules and regulations are there? such as does the Dr need to be onsite, do they do all the consults, do they just sign the scripts off site and not physically see the clients? Have been considering doing it on my own under the supervision of a Dr but just not sure what the process is in Australia. Again, any info would be great.
