I am a Nurse Practitioner who works at a clinic owned by a chiropractor. He is adding a med spa and has not asked me to be director, isnt it necessary to have a director and wouldnt this be additional compensation? he has purchased several lasers etc and does not plan to hire a master esthetician. Also an IV therapy area. Where can i find all the legal rules for UTAH in regards to med spa? I am worried for my license as I am the only medical provider in the office and he will do anything to save a buck.
