You're going to have to check into two areas, either of which can shoot you down or cause you sleepless nights. First, the state of Nevada. You'll want to find out exactly what constitutes oversight. In some cases you have to be on location, in others you can simply 'delegate' to an individual and don't have to be physically there.

Second is your malpractice insurance and what they'll cover. I would strongly suggest a conversation and perhaps even an email exchange to get something in print. Your insurance will probably come around to covering you but you might have to dole out some additional funds.

This medical oversight is something that you need to take pretty seriously since this market is such that patients don't see themselves as paying for your work, they think they're paying for results and if those fall short or (goodness) cause and issue... you're going to be in the cross hairs.
