No. It's my understanding that you can not perform any service that penetrates or treats areas below the epidermis... at least with your license. Read some of the other threads and I think you'll get some idea of what that might look like.
You may be able to operate these devices if you're directed to do so by a physician and under their supervision.

Is a Licensed Facial Specialist in the state of Florida allowed to operate an ultra sound cavitation, RF for fat reduction, and a high intensity light wave in a Spa?
The state told me yes, but said there are no laws as they are all non-invasive machines.
