I cant speak for CT but NJ only physicians can use the laser.
One thing for sure is to make sure you hold a valid license in the other states.
PA is a Corporate Practice of Medicine state. Laser, Botox, injectables, etc cannot legally be delivered by non-physician owned companies. A doctor can designate virtually anyone (in their practice) as a laser tech however.

Hello- I am an RN and have my own laser hair removal practice in NY. I am thinking about moving out of state but not sure about the regulations.
Do I need a medical director in PA or CT? Do they need to be ONSITE? Do they need to perform the consultations?
I can perform the actual treatment, correct?
Thank you!
(also NJ......I am almost sure you need to be a physician to perform the laser treatments. Correct?)
