Medspa Legal & Legislation > Input on Medical Director fees in TX

I am opening a boutique medical spa in Texas and am looking for input on the monthly financial agreement between myself and a medical director. Has there been any changes in the fees with the new law that has recently passed? Any tips would be helpful.

There is nothing really new in Texas. Still have the state mandated 193.17 standing order regulation. In essence, patient must see Doctor OR be available.
