Hello,
I am not a physician but am planning to open a medspa inside a partnering physician's office. In NJ, can ONLY the physician provide laser services (i.e., IPL) or can I as the center director be providing these services under the care of the physician? I can't imagine every physician in the state of NJ provides these services themselves for each patient so I'm just curious what my options are. Thank you!
