I am a physician (medical doctor) licensed in NY and NJ. I am seeking to be employed by an existing entity to consult with and create treatment plans for patients seeking laser hair removal with the nd YAG Aerolase LightPd Neo. In accordance with the proposed new NJ Laws, I am looking to supervise Nurses and Physician Assistance who perform laser hair removal with the Aerolase LightPod. I will personally examine areas to be treated, keep medical records, and be onsite or available by phone to the performing professional nurses and PA's. I am looking to perform spider vein removal with the Aerolase LightPod, myself, at your site, with your equipment. I am not looking to be a business owner or partner. I am not looking to sublet space.
