Hi, I am a PA in Los Angeles practicing cosmetic and medical dermatology for 4 years now. I'm interested in opening my own medspa with a supervising MD. As I've done more and more research, it seems that most of the revenue is in the injectables which I have mastered over the years, in comparison to lasers. And as I have never ran a business before, I thought it would be safer to start with injectables, peels, facials, and microneedling. I was wondering if anyone can give some insight and share their experience on how to start a medspa, what factors to take into consideration, and how to get estimates for the budget that is to be used for the start up.
