Hi!. Ugh, I feel for you. I'm curious, was demographic research done prior to selecting the spa's location? Does your spa's menu cater to your demographics and appeal to the clientele you wish to attract?

We are a brand new Medical Spa in Canada with no existing clientele. We have been open for 3 months and have participated in a variety of marketing initiatives including local networking, billboards, and online ppc. We also have a great website. To this date we have gained a total of 10 clients who are happy and continue to return for services. We are baffled that days go by without even a phone call. Can anyone tell us their experiences or give us an idea of what to realistically expect during this time? We realize that business takes time but is it normal to have no calls for days and maybe 1-2 calls per week? We are also in a very good location and we have only 2 other medi spa's like ours in the region. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
