Our medical spa is looking to add Twitter and Facebook accounts (as well as any others that are worthwhile). I've been charged with initiating this and am not really techie. I've already created a Twitter and Facebook account, but I'd appreciate any help or direction with how to populate and use these accounts to greatest effect. Any inside thoughts would be helpful.

Hi! Social Media is a great "free" way speak to your current clients and recruit new clients.

I suggest using FB for couponing. Post amazing offers like "$750" off a smartlipo procedure, or "50% off Laser Hair Removal".

Also give people incentive for becoming a fan. FREE (product) for becoming a fan of our page. Just come into the clinic to receive offer.
