Anyone using Cynosure's Smart Lipo? Looking specifically for input on treating the neck.

An alternative you may want to consider is ThermiRF. Utilizes RF energy rather than laser. Great temperature control when combined with a thermal imaging camera that they include in the package. Sells for a fraction of the price of the SmartLipo machine. I don't know the current selling price but I am guessing it is in the $30-$40,000 range. They do physician training events around the country every month to demonstrate the equipment on patients.

We are having our first demo for Smart Lipo anytime this month. I would love to know how satisfied you are if you offer it. We have also looked at Liposonix but it was very expensive.

I have been using SmartLipo tripex for larger volumes of fat in the neck area and recently switched to ThermiRF for smaller volumes. I am really liking the ThermiRF, the treatment time and consumable cost is much lower and there is less down time.
