Hello
I believe this is the same system as smartxide DOT by DEKA.
I have used smartxide for 18 months and it is a very reliable system.
I have been very pleased with it. Patients like the results.
The hardest part for me has been not to be too aggressive in my settings!

yeap, same i think that too...
The Pixel CO2 laser has both a 30w and 70w option. Is there much advantage in having that much power? My understanding is that with stacked pulses the SmartSkin can penetrate down to the fat level. There's no need to go beyond the dermis.

Have you seen the eCO2 by Lutronic? www.lutronic.com
It has multiple instantly adjustable spot sizes, scan shapes and sizes, penetration depths, energy per pulse, pulse-width and densities with no consumables!
It is also very powerful and cost effective.
I'd be glad to get you more information if you are interested.
Sincerely,
Does anyone have any experience with the SmartSkin CO2 fractional skin resurfacing laser? Is it reliable and are the results reproducible?
