Cutera: Xeo, Solera, CoolGlide > Cutera XEO worth buying?

Hi there. We are getting started with our medspa and want to offer LHR and skin rejuvenation and complexion blending for skin types I-V!.

We looked at Cynosure elite MPX but it only offers LHR/veins.

Now we are looking at the Cutera XEO configured with NdYAG and Prowave and Limelight IPL and Laser Genesis.

I have been reading that CUtera NdYAG is good but the IPL is not. Can anyone offer feedback on the Cutera XEO?
Should we simply purchase their NdYAG and a different IPL?

Does Laser GEnesis really work to refine skin and pigmentary changes on Skin types IV-VI?

Please help!
Thanks kindly.

I recommend you get a straight 1064 laser, there are a few vendors. You'll get the most mileage and highest safety margin. I prefer Aerolase because it's less painful and affordable but Candela and Cynosure have them too. Cutera's YAGs seem exceptionally painful for whatever reason. But I think you should be careful about expectations on 'complexion' blending, especially skin types 4-6; you can use a YAG to reduce dark spots left over from acne and PFB (i.e., PIH) but you have to be cautious about things like melasma in terms of long-term results, and can't expect to repigment using light energy. But you can get some tightening and tone/texture improvement with 1064 and reduction in fine lines or, gradually, in acne scars.

I have the xeo console for the last twelve months. It is the best little workhorse I have ever had.
