I agree with this post.. there is not any damage in hair with this system, the software show 220j but real power cant be more than 20j.. i have a mind to try didoe laser from china, they have micro cooling diode laser bars system, sismiliar as alma but i have fear to lose money only .. have u maybe some frined who try it ?

It is an illegal laser. Not just a waste of time and money- probably multiple felonies. Send it back. It is illegal for you to possess it, or use it in the US.
I purchased a Avance SDL-100 cosmetic laser (max 220 joules). I've used it as directed for 6 treatments and cannot tell a difference in my hair or skin. It was a cheap system (only $3000 plus tax and shipping). Was this system a waste of time and money or have I just not given it enough time? Thank you for your time.
