CAN SOMEONE HELP WITH SETTING FOR LIP AREA DEEP LINES .WHAT WOULD BE BETTER SMALL DOT OR LARGE ,I HAVE DONE SETTING AT 20 BUT WAS NOT SURE IF I WOULD GET A BETTER RESULT DOING 2 PASSES ON SMALLER DOT PATTERN

second treatment at setting 18 but smaller dot space stacking 4 2 passes not much seen on wrinkles s .left with dots felt on the skin 3 weeks after treatment

For SPT IV-V, skin rejuvenation,mild ageing, 25W/1000/1500(dwell),severe ageing increse dwell at 2000.
Acne scars SPT IV..30W/900/1000-1500(dwell),depends on the scars(ice-pick scars..dwell 1500-2000).2 passes are ok(overlaping),3rd pass posible, too.
Stretch marks...25/600/1000
Photorejuvenation...lentiges,age spots...25-30/500/400
Dark circles around eyes....20/800/500
Hand rejuvenation...25/700/2000
This are aprroximate parameters.As general rule keep in mind that if you have scars,deep wrinkles you have to "go' deeper,means that you have to increse the dwell time; pay attention to pixel density(2nd value) and not last the energy delivered (watt) because without a good fluence you cannot reach the depth and achive the thermal damage suppose to trigger the healing and...Contact me if you need more advise(I'm a certified Deka"s trainer in UAE). :)

I prefer to overlap passes instead of using stacking mode...I found stacking to be very dangerous( got PIH) and difficult to manage thereafter.Anyhow ,I found to be a "useless" parameter if is used more than 1, similar to PD (pulse duration upto 300ms for hair removal, in some laser devices).You can control to overlap only on the scars,by changing the shape of the pixilation.
