Hello everyone...

First of all this is by no means a solicitation thread.
I'm new to this community and this is my first post so I wanted to introduce myself around to all of you here!

Full Disclosure...I am a laser rep.
I am here first and foremost to learn about the newest trends in the field and also this is a great way for me to answer any questions that any of you might have regarding the company I work for and our product line.

For now I will just say that the company I work for has a bit of a reputation amongst some of the members here for being poorly run.
I am here to assure you that this is no longer the case.
There was a major restructuring here a few months back and issues were identified and dealt with.
We are redoubling our efforts to first and foremost introduce superior systems and to also have superior customer service.

This is why I am here.
I get to hear any sort of issues that real users/potential users might have regarding any of our numerous systems.
And hopefully we can all learn something from one another regarding this field in general.

I am eager to learn from all of you and hope that I can share what I know as well...
